BENEFITS OF THE SÜDTIROL ALTO ADIGE GUEST PASS

The “Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass” is offered to guests as a special inclusive service by the host.
The Guest Pass promotes sustainable mobility and the use of public transport.
One of the aims is to reduce the negative effects of private transport.
The Südtirol Guest Pass
▪ will be sent by e-mail at check-in or pre-check-in
▪ is bound to the name and period of stay
▪ is valid from 00:00 on the day of arrival until 23:59 on the day of departure
▪ must be validated at the start of each ride
▪ is issued exclusively to all overnight guests aged 6 and older
▪ is not intended for sale
Included Services
The Südtirol Guest Pass entitles you to use local public transport operated by südtirolmobil.

Dog/pet transport
A separate ticket is required for travelling with pets. Muzzles are compulsory!
No ticket is required for guide dogs and small animals that are held in the arms.

Bicycle transport
A day bicycle ticket is required to take bicycles with you.
Bikes can only be taken on regional trains and buses with bike racks for a limited number of
bikes.

Validation
The Guest Pass must be validated at the start of each journey. It
is validated by scanning the QR code at the blue validation
machines. An ‘OK’ on the display and an acoustic signal confirm
successful validation. Please note that the Guest Pass must not
be held too close to the validating machine.
If travelling by train, the Guest Pass must be validated at the
station before boarding. For train journeys involving a change of
train, the Guest Pass must only be validated at the start of the
journey.
The Guest Pass is valid at sight on 273 Mals-Pfunds/Kajetansbrücke, 335 Moos
i.P.-Obergurgl and 811 Mals-Müstair/Grenze.

to the guest by e-mail at check-in or pre-check-in,
with their name and period of stay.

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass. The personal data provided will be transmitted to the single coordinating body of the Guest Pass in order to enable the creation and use of the Guest Pass and to provide the associated services.

Recipient
In connection with the issue of the Guest Pass, your data will be transmitted to the Mobilitätskonsortium, VAT Nr. 02735170215, which acts as the cardholder and unified coordinating body and assumes the role of autonomous data controller in processing the transferred data. For further information regarding the processing to which the data will be subjected, you can send an email to privacy@moko.bz.it.

Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR.
