• General notes:

• On the day of arrival, the room is at your disposal from about 2 pm. Please vacate your room by 10.30 am on the day of departure.
• Price reduction for the 3rd person in a room is 50%.
• Garden View Junior with balcony and Garden View Junior Standard are bookable as single rooms with a discount  € 13 .- from room tariffe 
• Pets welcome! Dogs have no access to the breakfast rooms. Thank you for your understanding. We charge € 10 per day without food.
• Since 1st of January 2022, a Tourist Tax of 2,10 € per person and day (from 14 years) applies. This community tax is not included in the total price of your stay and has to be paid separately onsite. This tax is collected by accommodation businesses, and is used for the realisation and maintenance of infrastructures. Children and teens up to 14 years are exempt from this tax.

Cancellation policy:

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following condiitions for withdrawal: 

• For cancellations up to 31 days prior to arrival, no charges apply.
  
  For cancellations within 30 to 21 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total
  booking will be charged.
  
  For cancellations within 20 to 11 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total
  booking will be charged.
  
  For cancellations within 10 to 6 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total
  booking will be charged.
  
  For cancellations within 5 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking
  will be charged

In order to avoid cancellation costs, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
