Experience deep relaxation on vacation, with the varied sauna landscape at the Hotel Kessler. Directly in the Garni Hotel, there are two Finnish saunas (one indoors, one in the garden), a bio sauna and an infrared cabin available, which you can all use as a guest of the Residence. The saunas and the fitness room are opened for you daily from 2-8 pm by prior notification. On the top floor of the Residence, there is a further, modern wellness area with a Finnish sauna, steam bath, and whirlpool (free for guests of the Residence, usable for a surcharge for hotel guests).
The classic among saunas is 80-100 °C hot and dry. Especially experienced sauna-goers love the intensity of the Finnish sauna. It supports the body in detoxification and strengthens the immune system in every season.
The bio sauna, in terms of temperature and humidity, lies between the Finnish and the steam sauna. It is ideal for beginners and those who want to gently strengthen the body and mind without putting too much strain.
The infrared heat energy is particularly soothing and ensures deep relaxation of the muscles. Tensions and joint pains are noticeably relieved, circulation is improved, and stress is reduced.
In our sunny garden, there is the outdoor barrel sauna, also a Finnish sauna. Conveniently, with our natural swimming pond, the next cooling opportunity is just a few meters away.
In the wellness area of our Residence right next to the Kessler Hotel, another Finnish sauna awaits you, this time with a fantastic view of the South Tyrolean mountains. Can also be used by hotel guests for an additional charge.
The origins of the steam bath date back to the Ottoman Empire. Between clouds of scent and mists, you too will feel like an emperor in the steam bath in our residence. Available to guests of the hotel for an additional charge.
